Good Morning Everyone,
How are you doing so far?
This morning, we received an great article from Harvard Business Publishing in which Marshall Goldsmith, a world authority in helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior, talks about dealing with your self-confidence problems.
For your information, Marshall Goldsmith often teaches seminars for MBA students at the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Here are some of his suggestions about how you can build your self-confidence.
1. Don’t worry about being perfect.
2. Learn to live with failure.
3. After you make the final decision — commit!
4. Show courage on the outside — even if you don’t always feel it on the inside.
5. Find happiness and contentment in your work. Life is short.
